The "Hymn to Freedom" by Dionysios Solomos, in a rare musical version by Nikolaos Halikiopoulos-Mantzaros, is presented by the male vocal ensemble "Μείζον" (Major), on the occasion of the 200th anniversary of the Greek Revolution.
The musical direction is undertaken by Mr. Agathangelos Georgakatos and in the piano Mr. Stathis Soulis accompanies the Ensemble. The "polyphonic" composition of the Hymn by Mantzaros, that the "Μείζον" (Major) Ensemble will perform, was studied and scientifically restored by the Dr. Of Musicology, Mr. Costas Zervopoulos.
