On Saturday night, March 16th 2024, we are all invited to the big carnival party at Fougaro Café! Dancer Nikos Baltatzis uplifts our mood for dancing, we wear your favorite costume or choose our accessories as soon as we arrive, and... see you on the dance floor!
Nikos Baltatzis was born in Manchester, England. At the age of 16, he began dancing amateurishly with funky jazz, Latin, and Ballroom dances. At the age of 25, he started pursuing dance professionally, teaching and participating in dance competitions. He has also been involved in other dance styles such as salsa, Argentine tango and Greek dances. In 2012, he started Lindy Hop and Boogie Woogie. Now he is exclusively engaged in teaching swing dances, placing great emphasis on the technical training of dancers and the communication between dance partners. He has attended seminars and lessons by internationally renowned teachers, such as William & Maeva, Max Pitruzzella, Skye & Frida, Thomas & Alice, Pontus & Isabella and many others (source: Vasiliankos Kostas, dancetheater.gr)
