Trianon - 4th Annual Storytelling Festival, 1-2 February 2020

The Association "The theater friends in Nafplio -Theatrodromio" is organizing for the period 2019-2020 the 4th Annual Storytelling Festival on "The Power of Storytelling through Fairy Tales and Biographical Stories".
The Festival takes place on the weekend 1st-2nd of February 2020 and includes a series of Traditional Dramatized Fairy Tales, from amateur groups of pupils of high schools, elementary schools and amateur adult groups and experimental scenes. Actions, presentations, performances and dramatizations, lectures, seminars and writing workshops, reports on experiential stories, drama-therapy sessions and music evenings are presented.

The atmosphere is shaped by the passion of the groups for storytelling, the happy smiles of the spectators, the interaction of the spectators, the immediacy of the spoken words, the power of the image, the aesthetic dimension of the music ...

The 1st Annual Storytelling Festival started and was conducted by "The theater friends in Nafplio -Theatrodromio"  in cooperation with the Municipality of Nafplio on January 27th to 29th, 2017..  It has proved to be an excellent initiative and has now become an institution.
