Flea market

Growing up in Greece, particularly in the countryside, flea (street) markets are an integral part of your life. Once or twice a week, consumers across the country have the opportunity to enjoy fresh food directly from local producers.

Beneath Palamidi's gaze
Nafplio's flea market is held twice a week, under the gaze of Palamidi, just there where the mythical 999 steps that lead to the beautiful castle of Palamidi start. It is held every Wednesday and Saturday. Local producers are setting up their stalls early in the morning and "call" passersby to buy their products, starting from the Fire Department on March 25 Str. up to Cyprus Str.
