The largest exhibition of professional crewed yachts in the world, will return to the port of Nafplio from April 29th to May 3rd 2023. The Mediterranean Yacht Show returns to Nafplio for the 8th year, following its great success of the previous years. So from April 29th to May 3rd 2023, the Argolic capital becomes the focus of marine tourism, hosting in its picturesque harbor a large number of impressive, luxurious pleasure boats available for charter and their crews.
The Mediterranean Yacht Show, which is organized by the Greek Yachting Association (GYA) with the support of the Municipality of Nafplio, is recognized as the most important show of its kind worldwide. It offers the opportunity to an international audience of charter brokers to see closely the vessels available for chartering in Greece and throughout the Eastern Mediterranean, to meet their crews and learn about the features and options they offer. The Mediterranean Yacht Show is an important event in the yachting agenda, because of the large number of participating vessels, the excellent level of services it offers and the idyllic location that hosts it.
The contribution of the MEDYS in the growth and development of yachting tourism in Greece and the Eastern Mediterranean is unquestionable, with each year attracting greater global interest from industry professionals. The exhibition brings together central agents, brokers and exhibitors with yachting services and products, placing Greek marine tourism at a global focus.
From Barcelona to Nafplio
Expectations for the 8th Mediterranean Yacht Show are quite high, following last year's success, with a large number of vessels intending to line up in the port of Nafplio and numerous charter brokers to be arriving from every corner of the globe.
The 8th MEDYS will once again participate in the dynamic start of the summer yacht charter season, immediately following the MYBA Charter Show, which will take place from April 24th to 27th, 2023, at Marina Port Vell in Barcelona. After close communication, the dates of both exhibitions have been decided to facilitate travel arrangements and ensure that international brokers have the opportunity to discover the variety of yacht offerings at both events.
