Vangelis Trigas with his Ensemble, is presenting us the Musical Performance "Listen to my song ..." at part as the festival "Evenings in our back yard", organized by Fotonio Events & More in Nafplio, on Friday, August 24th 2018.
The theme of the show is the romance and love, as expressed and reflected in the songs, written by our folk composers during "rebetiko" period (1930 - 1940), and the period of post-war popular music.
The show lasts two hours.

Vangelis Trigas is a Greek soloist, composer, bouzouki tutor and researcher of Greek folk music.
He is the author of 39 books related to bouzouki and Greek folk music including the highly distinguished Method for three-string and four string bouzouki. He also gives lessons through web and performances in Greece and abroad together with his music ensemble.
In 2012 he has formed the Vangelis Trigas Ensemble and gives concerts in cultural establishments and festivals in Greece and abroad. In these concerts significant songs and instrumentals from Greece and the Mediterranean are presented together with compositions of Vangelis Trigas in an effort to further promote bouzouki in Greek folk music.
